FLEX Announces Enhanced Credit Card Maintenance File for CO-OP Clients

May 23, 2022 Sandy, UT – FLEX, a leading provider of core system software for credit unions, has announced an enhanced integration with CO-OP Solutions for gateway credit card processing customers. This integration builds upon the CO-OP enhanced nightly batch maintenance file (APBATCH4), which was previously implemented for debit card customers. The enhanced APBatch4 file will allow credit unions to add fields from FLEX to CO-OP for mobile phone numbers and email addresses for support with digital wallets. The enhanced file will now support both debit and credit card customers that use CO-OP Solutions.

The first credit union to implement this enhanced integration with CO-OP and FLEX is EP Federal Credit Union in Washington, DC. EP FCU went live with the CO-OP APBatch4 file for credit cards on May 23, 2022. Additional credit unions will follow in the implementation queue. FLEX is excited to announce this enhancement for its CO-OP Solutions customers.
