FLEX was founded in 1978. Since then, the company has grown to more than 120 employees and 250 credit union customers with a management team that represents some of the most experienced professionals in the industry, having a combined 110 years of experience and service.
Sean M. Holcomb
Chief Operating Officer
As chief operating officer, Sean is responsible for enhancing departmental interoperability and partners with the FLEX executive management team in formulating and facilitating strategic product development and corporate policy. Sean has been with FLEX since 1988 and has worked in an executive management position overseeing all marketing and sales. Sean has a B.S. in marketing from the University of Utah.
James M. Simonsen
Chief Technology Officer
As chief technology officer, Jim is responsible for all software and hardware functions including product development and network infrastructure. Jim has worked at FLEX since 1982 and served in an executive management capacity for the company since 1994 with the same capable and experienced management team. Jim has a B.S. degree in mechanical engineering from Brigham Young University.
Todd B. Lewis
Chief Financial Officer
As chief financial officer, Todd is responsible for all corporate administrative functions including accounting, human resources, and legal. Todd has worked at FLEX since 1989 and served in an executive management capacity for the company since 1994 with the same capable and experienced management team. Todd has a B.S. degree in business from Weber State University.
David K. Johnson
Chief Services Officer
As chief services officer, Dave is responsible for operational support, client training and client services. Dave has worked at FLEX since 1991 and served in an executive management capacity for the company since 2009 with the same capable and experienced management team. Dave graduated from Utah State University with a B.S. degree in Finance.
